What's So Great about Being Part of Team?

Many people want to be their own boss and set their own hours instead of working for someone else who tells them when and where they will work. Many of these people do not understand that it takes hard (or smart)work, dedication, persistance, and consistency to make a full-time living working for themselves.

If you were looking to build a business online, you would research some of the offers that you receive in your email account to see if they are legitimate and worth your time. If you are brand new to the online world of business (particularly running your own), this chore can be very daunting (a.k.a. scary!). That's when you start to look for someone who can help you find the right company and teach you how to make money with that company. Better yet, they will teach you how to make money with whatever company you decide to add to your portfolio later.

I have found that someone for me. She has been in the online business world since 1997. Over the last several years, she has consistently made a six-figure income. She and her husband run several online businesses, included 1MillionFreeAds and Viral Money List. Her name is Gina Sprenkle-Gunning.

Gina started a new team in September and sent out an email to her list to see who would like to join her. I graciously accepted. Since then, our team has grown considerably under her tutelage. She has created blueprints for us to follow as well as banners, sample letters, and login ads. She and her team leaders have personally worked with this team and answered our questions using Skype. She has gone above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with other "gurus" online. Not to say they don't work, they just can't give the personal touch that Gina gives. She is making leaders of all of us who are willing to work for it.

If this sounds like something that would benefit you personally, contact me on SKYPE at georgia.ryle, or check out our team website: My Residual Team. I'd love to hear from you soon.
